Hair and skin are said to depict your health status both on the inside and outside. To take care of them means a better physical appearance and feeling positive about yourself and projecting a great image to others. The effect of medications, eating habits, hygiene and various other environmental factors on skin and scalp cannot be denied; therefore, the best way to keep skin and hair healthy is to take care of it as a matter of routine and using natural ingredients like essentials oils.

There are many natural oils that are recommended by the dermatologists for skin protection. They not only protect the skin from malicious viruses but also help with improving the complexion, smoothness, and texture of skin. Similarly, there are oils which are meant to keep the hair healthy and attractive.

There is a list of essential oils for hair that help revive lifeless, brittle hair and tackle a dry, itchy scalp. They not only combat fungal hair growth but also help in improving the feel of dull and dry hair making it soft, lustrous and leaving it easier to manage and style. Likewise almond oil for skin is used for cutis and its various complaints helping to ensure vibrant, beautifulĀ  and youthful skin.

For greasy hair, the plant oils that deliver great results are rosemary, sage, grapefruit, cedar, petit grain, lemon grass, lemon, basil, peppermint, and lavender oils. Brittle and damaged hair can be helped by many of the same oils and some recommendations areĀ  ylang-ylang, rosemary, tea tree, coconut, chamomile, lavender, sandalwood, rosemary and geranium.

These essential oils are complex chemical compounds having a tiny molecular arrangement and are volatile. One of the frequently used carrier oils is olive oil. It brings strangled, damaged hair back to smooth, shiny, healthy conditions by simply massaging into the hair roots in a mixture with one of the aforementioned essential oils.

For skin ailments and a dry skin treatment, almond oil holds the prime importance of being an effective remedy and nutrition for the surface and deeper epidermal layers. It also functions to balance the pH level and moisture of the skin. Besides this, many oils for skin are an effective remedy against dark circles as well. A massage under the eyes increases blood circulation, returns hydration and adds a healthy glow. Even so, care must be taken to avoid allergies, which can make many common skin problems appear worse. These simple, natural and organic skin treatments are effective and easy to obtain and use.
